Quick and very helpful. My tech was awesome
I made an appointment for 830 am and I was called in around 9 am. The place was packed. The phlebotomist was ok.
**REPOST** my earlier review was deleted. I wish I could give this place negative stars..... The tech spent 15 mins trying to login to the computer, had to get a manager 4 times leading to a 45 min blood draw, when it could have been 15 to 20. I was not acknowledged after the initial greeting until the tech told me that she had to give me a "cost estimate" that must be paid and signed before blood draw. This was 25 mins after I was brought into a private room after waiting 35 mins past my scheduled appointment time. After ex... read more
