It is sad to have to wait over 1 hour to be seen as walk in. They should be able to take a walk I n between appointments. This is a poorly run place for lab. And to be told we could wait 2hrs or more to be seen. Very sad

-1 Made an appointment for my son and still waited longer than expected. When it was his turn, the staff member seemed unsure of where his vein was and caused him unnecessary pain. My son became pale and almost passed out afterward. What bothered me most was the complete lack of concern—no one checked on him or offered help. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

Nobody who works here knows how to use the labcorp website. They don’t answer the phone and they are very unhelpful. These people need more training.

I had to give a urine sample when I arrived and Lisa was so kind and private about it. I never felt even the slightest pinch when she drew my blood. There are angels walking among us, Lisa is.one of them. Thank you Lisa for your kindness and caring way. God bless you. Cheryl Stark.
