Went in for bloodwork and Ms. Clara had me out of there 5 mins after taking me back. I am usually a hard stick when getting blood drawn and have to get stuck 2-4 times by multiple staff before getting what they need. Ms. Clara got it on the first try with no pain or issues. Very happy with my experience with Ms. Clara
If I could give this place zero stars (not because of the staff) but LABCORP ALL TOGETHER I would because I had to wait five hours to not even get my labs done because the font was too small. They also could not find my orders in the computer. My doctors office fax them and they still didn’t get it. I had the technician from Labcorp also tell my doctors office the number and she confirmed the number with my doctor. To make matters even worse the system crashed. People were complaining about not being seen for over three hour... read more
This is by far THE worst Laboratory ever you get here 7:00AM as a walk in it’s not going 10:00Am and going. It shouldn’t take this long the Front desk lady is absolutely rude and skipping everyone that walked in this is absolutely ridiculous please get more training on costumer service.
“Oh come in tomorrow no appointment necessary” and proceeds to be appointment only that next day.
