The staff tries but what a mess. I have been going there for years but will be going to Quest or anywhere but here going forward.
This office needs a major overhaul with their staff. My first time at this location, I waited almost 2 hours to just get blood drawn. The man at the front desk was very rude and yelling at a woman who didn't understand how to use the check in kiosk. No one would come out to help her, so another woman in the waiting area helped her. The employees talk loudly about patients in the hall, I could hear them talking about me. It's the worst the man in the front desk is so rude, he has an attitude problem, changing to the other location.
Very poor personal. To slow and not to profecional. Didn't Fallow Appt protocol. Wait time more then a hour with appt schedule. Ridiculous the waiting time. Personal not to polite.
