I work for a Dermatologist and I had called for results to be faxed to our office and was hung up on. Not professional at all.
They should be clear that even though they’re open til 430 that they don’t so drug screens after 330pm. Front desk woman is rude and a total waste of time.

You guys need to update your hours online. I drove to multiple locations today that said they were open on Saturday to find the door hours stating only Monday and Friday and the doors were locked. So that was super cool. Thanks for that.
Drove all the way to the office on Lillie Ave on Saturday but it's closed. Checked on line last night says it opened at 8. Checked on line Saturday and says its open and closes at noon. Waste of time.
