Avoid the Commack location. The female workers here are RUDE and condescending to the hilt. They usually work with only one person when they open because the other workers stroll in when they feel like it. The wait times are awful. When you walk up to the window, they all act like you’re bothering them and they point their finger like you’re a child for you to go sit down. They have no clue what asepsis is. Workers are RUDE and NASTY!
Came here for my child to get bloodwork done, I want to say it’s probably the third time she’s ever done it. As you would imagine she was anxious about it. The blonde nurse with red circles all over her arms was completely rude and impatient. I usually expect healthcare professionals to hold a standard of care and empathy. Especially when dealing with children. You never know what someone is going through and how that short interaction affected them. Do better.
