The front desk women is very rude. She dose not know how to treat others with respect or kindness. The lab had a note on their door that all persons needed a mask to enter. I didn’t have a mask ready and they did not provide a mask either. The front desk personnel told me that they would not provide service without a mask. Mind you, it takes days to get an appointment with them to begin with. They are busy so it’s hard to get an appointment that very day if you need one right away; which I needed. This location is permanently closed, even though you can still schedule an appointment. I had a fasting blood draw today and found it was closed when I got there. I went to the Nanuet location and was able to be seen as a walk in. However the 1 staff member there was extremely unprofessional towards myself and everyone that came into the office. It’s no wonder Labcorps are closing all over. Your customer service is atrocious.

I don’t recommend this place at all don’t go there if you don’t want to be stressed or wait 3+ hours. This Black man was extremely rude an he let all the Jewish men without a check in he went to go assist the guy then left the women outside waiting for a long time there is this other staff member a lady she’s kind and treats both men and women with respect I hope she gets a raise and I hope the guy gets reprimanded and fired for treating people wrong and it’s mostly Jewish men
