This place has two employees the male one is very nice and professional but the female is very rude and doesn't like to work or help last time I came with my son she wasn't able to take the sample and when I told her that she hurting my son she started to talk in a very aggressive way and I asked the other guy to take it I hope they can find some one else to work she is very mean and I don't like this place because of her attitude with the parents
Employees: female- very unnecessarily rude, unfriendly. Male- Efficient, excellent at blood draw, not personable or welcoming, sharp with initial questions and conversation at check in. Check in was easy at machine but if you have to go to the desk, don't expect kindness. Office- very quick and easy to get in and out for labs. Easy online appointment process. I think that one lady needs to retire she’s so rude and disrespectful. She always has an issue and says we gotta call doctors to send her the script but then the guy there has no issues with it at all. She rolls her eyes and has an attitude when she talks. Don’t recommend having her if you go ask for the guy instead!!!
Highly recommend this location. I used to go to a closer LabCorp near my home where the phlebotomist didn't care. I thought the needle was going through my arm. This location and phlebotomist was so gentle,quick and kind. Highly recommend this place! It's worth the half hour drive.
Wow…was just having blood work done and had an appointment and all my paperwork was on the computer per my doctor. When she called me to the desk, no good morning no hello “paperwork” was all she said. I said I was told it was in the computer, she said “well, don’t know that unless you tell me” wow… her next word were “doctors name” I didn’t see my regular doctor at my last appointment and gave the name of the practice.
