This place was great in and out... I forgot my insurance card it was ok no problem very clean and nice people
Regarding check in only … Rude rude rude!! Never been treated so gruffly in a medical facility ever!! Check in was curt, extremely gruff, and she should not be in a customer facing position. Janelle drew my blood and she was extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunate that the first impression was the person up front.
Hostile front desk receptionist. Talks down to, treats whoever walks in based on how they look. Refused to verify available appointments with staff inside, answer questions, or help in any way. Behavior is uncalled for and disappointing.
This place is terrible. It feels like going to home depot or TSA at the airport by the way they treat you. In addition they cancelled an appointment i made in November for February the day before without offering any alternatives. Horrible customer service.
