Always friendly, fast & painless 👍🏽
I do not handle having blood work done well, and am consistently at risk for passing out. The technician at the front desk was so pleasant and proceeded to be the one to do my blood draw. I let her know my concerns and she made the process so quick and easy. I was done in under 15 minutes (with an appointment), felt minor light headedness, so hung around the lobby until I felt good enough to leave. I would highly recommend this location!
Lazy and rude receptionist. She made it seem like a bother to answer basic questions
The early parts were easy, doctor makes a request,labcorp sends an email and I make an appointment. There's follow up reminder emails. This morning I'm directed to check in from my phone when I arrive. The message says "wait where you're comfortable" either in the office or in your car. I choose to wait in the car as it's over 90 degrees and 80 percent humidity. I'm directed to wait for a text, it doesn't arrive.
