Fast service and efficient which is all I need
Fastest lab corp I have ever been to!
You need to support your employees. Two women technicians alone and overloaded. No front desk staff. Elderly lady trying to figure out the sign in machine for 20 minutes. Elderly man came in to try and drop off a sample. No one there. He sat and waited with his paper bag, unsure of utilizing sign in machine. I had a 10:30 am appointment and waited 45 minutes for staff to find my doctor's req, which had been sent to Labcorp at 7:15 am. Req then faxed twice by my doctor's office. If you need to lie down, their reclining chair doesn’t work. Unfortunately the employees like to laugh at people who explain they need to lie down, and scream if you try to touch their broken reclining chair. This place is a massive liability for Labcorp.
My appointment was at 9:45 and I got in at 9:50. They found my vein on the first try (and I have small veins), so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very quick and painless.
