I had searched reviews and came here because they had recent good reviews. Easy to find as long as you use the current address and don't go by old photos. I made an appt online the day before, arrived 15 min before, checked in by phone. Kiosk in office, but was able to ask person at desk if had to also ck in there. She confirmed my phone ck in worked. All I can say is Wow. I visited this place for blood work today. The reception I think her name is Makayla greeted me very warmly and made me feel welcome. I was called back right away. She lead me to a room to perform my blood work. She was careful, put on her gloves and took my blood. Her personality was astonishing! She was polite, friendly, made me feel relaxed and quick. Billing and Insurance Claim Issue. I have been trying to call for over an hour to make a payment and to ensure that the bill is properly billed to my medical insurance, but no one has answered. At one point, a woman answered, only said “hello,” and then hung up. I continued calling, and no one answered. I have now been waiting on hold for 30 minute speak with someone but nobody answers I am trying to be responsible and resolve this bill by calling so that it can be billed to my insurance.
