I had one of the better experiences I’ve ever had at a Labcorp here. Everything was quick and efficient from the moment I walked in. They asked if I was comfortable having a young lady who was in training draw my blood, and I agreed. I have to say—it ended up being one of the best blood draws I’ve ever had. It was painless, quick, and she was incredibly gentle and polite. The whole staff was professional and respectful. It was definitely an unexpected positive experience.
all of your locations are 40min plus away from me. This last trip I arrived at 4:15ish the hours said open till 4:30pm, I hadn’t been to this location before because you moved it. Google maps brought me there, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE OUTSIDE SAYING LABCORP!!! I had to go inside and find it on the Dr wall listing the offices. When I finally get up to the office the 3 women that where their acted outraged that I would show up at 4:15p when they close at 4:30p because the paperwork involved in doing my labs would take 40 m... read more
Awesome team work! The staff was very Professional!!! Prompt, Friendly and detailed.
I came here for a pre-employment urine screen and lab draw. It is very easy to book an appointment online. I was able to check in when I pulled up via my phone. I checked in early, they got me back right at my appointment time, maybe a few minutes early. Office and treatment area was clean and tidy. MiKayla, that did my urine screen, was so sweet and professional, explained everything thoroughly, was prepared, and had an excellent bedside manner. Joy drew my blood. Great experience with no problems. Joy absolutely lived up to her name. She was very nice, hardly felt the stick, fast & friendly! I wished we could have spent more time together!
