Awesome team work! The staff was very Professional!!! Prompt, Friendly and detailed.
I came here for a pre-employment urine screen and lab draw. It is very easy to book an appointment online. I was able to check in when I pulled up via my phone. I checked in early, they got me back right at my appointment time, maybe a few minutes early. Office and treatment area was clean and tidy. MiKayla, that did my urine screen, was so sweet and professional, explained everything thoroughly, was prepared, and had an excellent bedside manner. Joy drew my blood. Great experience with no problems. Joy absolutely lived up to her name. She was very nice, hardly felt the stick, fast & friendly! I wished we could have spent more time together!
Directions had the wrong times of operation, address, and failed to include I needed an order paper. One Wednesday I tried calling all four locations all day every half hour and no one answered. A lady did call me back at 6:30p.m. and gave me an email that didn’t work! The nurse that took my sample (after finally finding childcare, time, and multiple hour round trips) didn’t want to forward the information to get the instructions corrected for the next person. The staff at lab corp are amazing!! . I test weekly and I am always met with a smile and a warm greeting. They are professional and courteous. It is their Hoosier hospitality That make this uncomfortable situation bearable. I have noticed in my visits that some clients/ patients take their professionalism as being difficult and have witnessed verbal attacks and threats made upon the staff. And the staff remains professional. And it is that professionalism that gives me confidence and reassurance that my tests are done proper... read more
