The 2 ladies that took care of my fiance and myself were phenomenal and very respectful.
Lab hours are wrong.. monday-friday 8:30am to 4pm.. saturday 8:30am -11:30am... they only have 2 lab tech..? And take note some of the pictures posted were wrong.. this is located inside the building of medical plaza 1 /Riley .. bldg #6920..
I went to get blood draw with an appointment in advance at 11am. Didn’t get to draw blood until nearly noon. Then the nurse is rushing for closing. I was a little bit dizzy and nauseous after blood drew and asked if i can sit a bit 1-2 minutes longer. And the nurse is not happy and keeps asking me leave as she said it is almost closing time. I had one of the better experiences I’ve ever had at a Labcorp here. Everything was quick and efficient from the moment I walked in. They asked if I was comfortable having a young lady who was in training draw my blood, and I agreed. I have to say—it ended up being one of the best blood draws I’ve ever had. It was painless, quick, and she was incredibly gentle and polite. The whole staff was professional and respectful. It was definitely an unexpected positive experience.
