I don't recommend a company that has an unnecessarily long computer dialogue to get to a real person, then tells you they are not available and to leave a message. I especially do not recommend a company that put you through all that and then doesn't return the call.
@LABCORP IS THE WORST!!! If you can avoid using them, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! They have put me into collections twice withOUT any notification before putting me into their collections.... This is not only a shameful and despicable practice but it screws with my credit which is actually good!!! This is not right in any way, and they need to be held accountable.
