Made an appointment and was seen promptly. All employees were professional and kind.
Came mid week around noon. Fast. Less than 15 minutes. Staff was quick. The phlebotomist was skillful. No pain &or no digging. Receptionist/front in take lady was hard to understand. Seems like the floors and check in machine needs to be cleaned because they were sticky and dusty.
Who likes lab work? I'll wait. Now, this location is alright. Especially if you have an appointment. In and out. I want to say stuff like, clean bright and great things about customer service, okay, it's okay. But, did I feel safe with their care? Yes. We're they professional, yes. My only grip, no taffy. 🤣
Exceptional service! I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment. The young woman was incredibly courteous and remarkably accommodating.
