This Labcorp location was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. From the front desk staff to the techs, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. If you have young children, save yourself the stress and go to another location. The wait time was outrageous close to 2 hours even with an appointment. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no professionalism throughout the entire visit. Definitely staying far away from this location moving forward.
Quick in and Out service Staff are very friendly and professional
I usually dread blood draws because my veins are hard to find, but was amazing. MS. SHAKU was professional, confident, and got it on the first stick with no pain at all. She explained everything, made me comfortable, and finished quickly. If you’re nervous about needles, ask for her!
