I normally make an appointment but not today. The waiting room was packed but once you key in at the kiosk you are called in orderly fashion. From the ladies at the desk to the phebotomist who draws your blood, they are great .
Everyone was really nice. I usually avoid getting bloodwork done because I get scared of the needle but Dipti made me feel really comfortable and was really patient with me. It didn't hurt much and I didn't bruise either.
I had a great experience with Dipti, my lab technician. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I was a little nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Dipti made me feel at ease right away. It's clear she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.
