I had a great experience with Dipti, my lab technician. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I was a little nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Dipti made me feel at ease right away. It's clear she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.
My first time here and I can’t say enough good things. I was taken on time. Everyone was very friendly. Dhruvi used the butterfly and I literally felt nothing. She got the vein on her first attempt. I am usually poked and prodded for what seems like forever. And no bruising!!!! This was a very pleasant experience.

i came in to do some bloodwork and had the best phlebotomist helping me. i hate needles and that stuff and Dipti made the process so much smoother. she’s awesome
