I had to get blood work done twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I went to Walgreens Lab Corp because of the emergency closure at the lab corp building. Shaku was sent to the Walgreens location. She helped me through my blood work despite my fainting spells around blood. I had to go back to the normal Lab Corp location to get additional blood work and by fate I was assigned to Shaku again one week later. She remembered my fainting spells and sat with me and helped me through it. Please request Shaku she’s wonderful.

I had a great experience at Labcorp yesterday. Shaku was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. She had a very light hand, and the blood draw was quick and virtually painless. I really appreciated how gentle and efficient she was—it made what is usually an unpleasant experience very comfortable. Thank you for the excellent care!

Very bad experience. I took my 4-year-old daughter in for blood work, and the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. I understand that young children get scared and cry during blood draws, but there was no empathy or patience shown. At one point, while my daughter was crying out of fear, the person drawing her blood spoke to her in a rude tone and said, “What’s happen?” in a way that felt completely inappropriate for a scared child. This place is so so. I went to get blood drawn and the person was so focused on my keloid ahe forgot to use alcohol swab to clean my arm before drawing blood. She said sorry but if she can get easily distracted like that who if she paid attention to use the right needle. This is why people get upset at people sometimes. I dont think I will come to this location. This is my second time and ita always unorganized..
