The lab technician, Shaku was amazing. It was the first time in my life that I had blood drawn on the first try! I didn’t even need to make a fist. Normally I would have been poked several times and the experiences are hit or miss. Shaku is extremely skilled at her craft!
I've never had any bruising from a phlebotomist until my visit to this labcorp. The office is very small and the waiting area that only seats 6 people comfortably was full. Taking the blood was not too painful, but a gigantic bruise developed within a few days after the blood draw. It has been over a week now and the bruise only looks worse. This will take atleast a month to heal. My veins are very easy to find so I'm baffled at how this happened.
i’m not sure how there’s a lot of bad reviews for rude service or long wait times. i made an appointment online, checked in on the kiosk, sat down, was called up to the desk in 3 minutes, was sent to the back, waited 1 minute and got my blood drawn. the front desk lady was really kind and patient. the phlebotomist Dipti was really sweet and talked me through it since I get anxious when drawing blood. you need to be patient and understanding with healthcare professionals since this site is always so busy and jam packed with w... read more
I just got back from getting bloodwork done for my 7 year old daughter. I was told to go to this location specifically because they had multiple people who could handle working with children. My daughter was nervous and scared. They were having difficulty with getting her to be still. One technician became frustrated and threw off her gloves and left the room to get someone else to do it. I have to write i good review. I went into lap corp today with my two children. And we wait to go into for blodwork. Shaku Nepal she great with children. This was their forst time going. My kids did excellent today. Im very proud noncrying nothing. She took her time with them and sure they were fine. Thank you again
