Awful. Unable to make appt- none available. As a walk in- Two check-ins, one of the machines broken, inexplicable prioritization, understaffed. Took 3 HOURS. Will not come here again.
Extremely slow and inefficient service don’t bother coming
Staff here are good. Unfortunately they have a habit of being closed without notification - there is no way of finding out until I showed up to the location and see a “temporarily closed” sign on the door. As I was leaving there were still a lot of folks showing up and leaving in disappointment. I get that you might have to close for whatever reason, but can you please put a little bit more effort into notifying your customers??
Incredibly slow. Find another lab if you can.
