I went to the lab the first time this morning. The facility is very clean, the auto-checkin went smoothly. In and out within 10 minutes
The Spanish woman who was at the front desk in the Hazlet office was very rude, unprofessional & not helpful at all. she was very short with me when i asked why she gave me a urine specimen cup because my doctor doesn't usually order one. she said its on the prescription. when i spoke to my doctor he said he NEVER ordered that, only bloodwork. Nobody likes to have their blood drawn but James' lighthearted humor disarms you and you don't mind anymore. Then he does a very gentle venipuncture. The whole procedure is over before you know it. He also does it all with a smile. The world needs more people like James!
