I had a fantastic experience at LabCorp Bethany in Hazlet!! Laurie at the front desk is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Laurie answered all of my questions and couldn’t be nicer. That location is a well-run machine. A shout out to Ayda as well, who was also very pleasant and professional. I truly was impressed and travel a little farther just to go to this location.
The lady opened the door very rude after I had to knock. They never came out to give anyone an update. It was 230 and they were closing at 3 this is not a good labcorp go to hazlet location
They won’t go by your preferred name, and directly telling them changes nothing.
Awful. Unable to make appt- none available. As a walk in- Two check-ins, one of the machines broken, inexplicable prioritization, understaffed. Took 3 HOURS. Will not come here again.
Extremely slow and inefficient service don’t bother coming
