Avoid this location - horrible service. Waited almost two hours before walking out. Phlebotomist with tattoos on his neck was rude, walking around and chit-chatting with other staff while the waiting room up front and in the back was completely packed before taking his lunch break even though the place closes before 2pm every day. Chronically understaffed for the 7 AM rush of fasting patients. Expect to wait at least an hour as a walk in, often considerably longer. This also makes it difficult for the staff to keep morning appointments on time.

This place will go down because of Raphael. I have been coming here every few months for the past three years because I’m a transplant patient and this time by far was the worst that literally brought me to tears . It seemed like He deliberately (kept saying I was next and then went behind closed doors came out, and I was ignored after that) i was standing outside the door told his staff not to take me, and I was standing there, waiting in tears for somebody to take my blood with my cup of urine, and they ended up not doing ... read more

I was a walk in and they took me fairly quick. I was in and out within the hour. & Rafael was such a kind soul. He made it a great experience for me, I hate getting lab work done.
