I would give zero stars if I could. My wife and I were sent here after our doctor visit with our 5-day-old newborn. We were told it was important to get her blood taken and tests run. When we came in, there was in rush or urgency. We were told we would have to wait cause we did not make an appointment. Which might not have been so bad, but a newborn needs to eat and be changed. Honestly, I am so disappointed at the front lady here she is kind of short With a long ponytail was at front desk on 3/31 around 11:20am. She doesn’t wear a name tag either to identify her. She was being very rude to everyone and very short There were a lot of elderly clients there trying to get blood draws that didn’t understand certain things and she was being very rude to them. I wasn't able to get that woman's name. She was very rude to a non English speaking guest. He had trouble understanding her. She said, "how do you get done anything in life". She needs to do better. On the other hand the phlebotomist on chair one was very kind and sweet.

I witnessed the receptionist make an insensitive racist remark to a patient. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Please train your workers or hire better ones.
