I normally don't write reviews. However the couple of times I've been to Labcorp on Roscoe Blvd in NR, the experience was not positive neither pleasant. I am new at this lab and the couple of times I went there I was shocked at how the people at the front desk treated the patients. No manners, very impatient......don't explain how things work.... and condescending.... I had a very disappointing experience at this location (18541 Roscoe Blvd, Northridge, CA 91324). During my visit, a staff member (I believe her name was Erica, though I’m not completely sure) administered care to my 2-year-old. She had difficulty on the first attempt and had to poke my child twice. What concerned me most was not just the repeated attempt, but her attitude afterward. The front desk staff is extremely rude. Especially the tall man in the front with glasses. He asked for my insurance card mind you my insurance INFORMATION is on the front of the page of my order. He did not let me proceed to explain why I did not bring it, he talked over me very rudely. (I misplaced my card and my insurance already sent me a new one and I’m waiting for it in the mail) I’m still sitting here and I am hearing how rudely he’s talking to patients. People like him need to find a new job.
Great service from everyone there. Check out is easy and was very quick. They also accommodated me when I lost my work order and was able to get it faxed to them.
