Having to get bloodwork is no fun, especially me having to get it every 2 days! This place is close to my job, so I choose this location. The staff are all horrible! The student MA who took my blood, isn't experienced enough to work on those with small veins like myself. She kept my tourniquet on longer than needed. I told her where to take my blood and she still failed. Asked me if I drank water when that is all I drink. A 2nd phlebotomist came in and tried my other arm and was unsuccessful. Good experience overall.
Overall great experience. I had ordered the lab test about a week ago online very easy to pay and walked in today without appointment checked in at the kiosk, blood was drawn and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The staff was very competent and helpful. Great experience
