They run this place like the marines. Signs were clear to get to the office. Check-in was via a tablet. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, 2 people were ahead of me. They collected all my samples and I was walking out the office FOUR MINUTES after my scheduled appointment start. Give these ladies a raise!! Finally!! A place that knows exactly what they’re doing and doesn’t waste your time!!
Labcorp (in general) wait months after a device to bill you, then demand immediate payment and harass you with letters, texts, and emails.
Tiffany was so pleasant and helped me the whole time. No wait at all.
The staff are so polite and efficient! I was in and out in about 5 minutes, and everyone was so kind!
