I scheduled an appointment online through the LabCorp website for 3:30 for bloodwork. Due to a series of unexpected, traffic issues to the lab I was 7 minutes late. I left work early for this appointment. When I arrived, the attendant was not at the desk. I waited 5 minutes before someone showed up. There was no way to notify anyone I was there. I checked both the website and phoned to check the open hours and both stayed 4pm as the closing time. Despite getting there at 3:50pm, I was told that the last appointment was at 3:30pm and turned away.
I had a very bad experience with your Leesburg branch. The employee abstained from the deadline in a bad manner called Doug, and I do not know in the general system. It was calculated that we entered the branch. Please take the necessary and hold this employee accountable. Dealing with customers
