Can make appointment online. When you get there sign in on kiosk. You will be called soon to make a line and be out in a jiffy. Way faster than when office was at kennedy center and more organized. Results would be sent to email and doctor.

The location listed here on Google is outdated, and some of the photos appear to be from two different locations, which can make things confusing. For accurate directions, the correct location is in the plaza where ShopRite is located at 3147 JFK Boulevard. The new location is quite small inside and tends to fill up quickly. Went twice - out of service both times. Don't go here
Today is 01/13/2026 time 9:38 am very bad customer service and no willing to help at all just I came in to drop off some samples because the doctor needed asap, asked the lady for instructions because she didn’t care. Please train your people about what customer service is about and show some empathy or hire people who really want to work with people.
