I come here every year for my biometric screening for work, and every year there are issues with disorganization. While some staff are polite and try to help, the lack of processes and communication is obvious. My last visit was especially bad. One technician struggled to draw blood, poked both arms multiple times, then walked out without saying a word. Went twice - out of service both times. Don't go here under any circumstances
Worst place i have ever been. System was not working. Not respecting the line and their attitute very rude. Keep in mind here you are in the usa and not mexico that cutting the line is fine.
Marilyn was lovely and super efficient. Very busy on saturdays, definitely make an appt
