they have great staffing they are kind people
If only there were a rating lower. Impossible to get anyone on the phone, unbelievably unfriendly staff, I would do anything for Blue Cross to renew its relationship with Quest where they actually believe in customer service.
1 star is too much for this. How can a major testing company not have butterfly needles anywhere in the facility!?!?! The technician tried to get me once and the vein collapsed. Now at Jeff across the street, where it will be done properly. #LabCorpFail
