Went in for routine bloodwork. We go every 2 weeks! We were called late even though we had an appointment!!! Staff member refused to look for my son's lab slip which I know was there (previously called and confirmed). She them moved her mask away from her mouth to talk, NOT covering her face. Of all places they should keep their masks on!!! Horrible service and disgusting staff member.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and had my 3 hour glucose tolerance test today. All the ladies were great! I had to be stuck 4 times and each time, they did a great job! They even provided me with a "comfort room" that had a recliner to relax in while I waited.
Wait time is horrible!!! Unless you have an appointment don't go.
Didn't drawl enough blood got a phone call over 2 hours later to come back. 2nd drawl was much better.
This was a horrible experience and unacceptable. I arrived a few minutes early for a 10:45am appointment for a drug screen. I was not seen til close to noon. Not knowing procedures, I waited patiently until a woman who also had a scheduled appointment after mine was called. I questioned the front desk staff and was offered an apology and informed I was to be next. This treatment was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by Labcorp.
