fast appointment times and everyone was very nice
This was the worse experience. I did not book the appointment myself, it was booked through a 3rd party who is covering the cost. I sent in and I was able to check in using the tablet. It confined me for my appointment time and all. My lab work paper showed quest diagnostics but for some reason the appointment was made with Labcorp. So I was a little skeptical about going to a labcorp facility to have my bloodwork drawn, especially given the low reviews. The experience I had this week with them, Iwas almost a 5 star review. The only reason for the 4 is the waiting room is too small for the volume they apparently do. It was very crowded. This is the last time I visited LabCorp. What's the point of making appointments if I come in and see room packed with walk-in patients who are seen before me? And everything is sloooowww. They take one patient at a time and it takes 10-ish minutes per person. Only Quest from now, period!
This is by far the worst Labcorp location I’ve visited. I’ve been to several other Labcorp locations, and I’ve never experienced wait times or lack of communication this bad. I waited in the lobby for over an hour while watching other walk-ins come in after me and be called before me, with no explanation from staff.
