I will preface... I HATE getting my blood drawn. Worst necessary evil for staying healthy. In the future, I will definitely be coming back to Labcorp when I need to have this done. The appointment booking, mobile self check-in, front desk staff, and the phlebotomist made it a seamless experience. In particular, Teon was the absolute best. If you want to pay top dollar and get charged for services you never got? Go to labcorp. Companies like this are criminal. They will throw you in collections cause of the service they charged you and that you never received.
Had an ok experience the first time, but after this time I’m not going back to this location. To start off the receptionist dead-named me right off the bat, even though they deal with 100s of patients a day and should default be used to using their preferred names. They also wouldn’t let me get my blood work done which was so frustrating. We came for a blood test and all went very well. Our appointment was honored on time! Brittany was very professional, friendly and fun. She got the blood on the first try with zero pain. It happened so fast and well! Since we are from out of town, she also gave us a few local recommendations! Life is good when Brittany helps you out at Labcorp!
