RUN... There is a NEW girl, and she has no idea what she is doing, so she experimented on my arm. I've had blood drawn at this location before without bruising or the tech inserting, then moving the needle around as if to find blood. I told her 1 stick, and that is the only thing she understood. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Kimberly is an expert at making you feel comfortable and at drawing blood. I barely felt the prick of the needle. Kudos to you, Kimberly. I will always go to this LabCorp.

Lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive. She was condescending with an attitude as if I was stupid. She needs another job. She's not right for the position.

I came in a bit later in the afternoon and self-checked at the kiosk. The wait was about 5 minutes. The best part was a ZERO pain blood draw! Connie was amazing. My daughter went to Q***t earlier the same day and her arm was hurting all day. We're only coming here from now on.
