I arrived at 11:20 I had a 11:15 appointment the nurse called 2 walk-ins ahead of me when I was finely called at 11:45 I asked why did you call 2 walk-ins ahead of me she was very rude and said I was late sco she took the walk-ins ahead of me as if I was penalized for being late. I will be using a different location in the future
The lady at the front desk was mean and uneducated.
Horrible wait time was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and there were three more patients in front of me it seems like they are always understaffed
This location is very busy and severely understaffed. Kacy was very helpful and is doing a great job. I hope she gets the support she deserves as soon as possible.
