03/19/2025- came in for a drug screening, everyone was nice! It was clean , they was fast and provided great customer service to everyone that came in. The lady the front really took her time and explained everything, she was welcoming and checked everyone in fast .
This place is horrible!
I have been coming to this Labcorp since January 2023. It is totally different from my experiences at Quest. It is easy to make my appointments online through their app and easy to reschedule if I need to. When I show up to my appointments— they are always pretty accurate! I don’t recall there being a time where I was waiting around for very long. I appreciate the check in process is really simple at the kiosk. The women working the front desk are so incredibly rude. Not that it matters I guess, because we don’t have an option to go anywhere else.
No polite people here. Rude.
