This has to be the worst customer service in the world! Don’t bother making appointments here because they will claim they never received them! Such a waste of time!
Easy, efficient, painless
Appointment with fasting requirements canceled on the same day, just 90 minutes prior. Hugely inconvenient.
Don’t know why this place doesn’t have all five stars, the Phlebotomist here is incredible! When I come to get my regular blood draw, this talented woman is doing everything her self and does it all immaculately. With grace she greets new patients warmly, checks them in if they need help and does a painless and sanitary blood draw. There are other Labcorps closer to where I live but I would rather come here because of her impeccable ability to service the community here in Bellevue. Someone give this woman a raise!!
15 wait on a Tuesday morning with an appointment. Polite and efficient phlebotomist, overall a good experience for a blood draw
