100% the reason is because of the lab tech, Cecelia. I go to this lab at least once a month for blood draws and she is extremely efficient and effective with the administrative part. Regarding the actual draw itself, she continues to be the best I've ever had. She follows the strict guidelines about cleanliness and sterilization, but the key really is that when she inserts the needle, it only takes her one try, it's quick, and you can hardly feel it at all. Super rude. We checked in and saw the screen with the names and waiting list. Some person came in after us, no appointment in the current location and checked in after us, and the lady let my spouse go first, later when it was my turn, she straight-up lied on my face and said he was there before us, and she let me in only after the other person was done. Not cool.

The place is actually amazing, the technician is really fast and friendly. Always a bit freer than others.
Be aware for some reason every LabCorp in the area is in network for my insurance except this one. I think they intentionally try not to disclose this to SCAM people as I only found this out after they tried to get me to sign liability for the full cost of lab test, and when asked if they could provide an estimate of the final cost with insurance were NOT upfront at all about clarifying they were an out of network lab.
