I scheduled an appointment for 3:05 today. I checked in through my phone and spent 20 minutes waiting to be called in. After I got the notification that they were ready for me, I walked up to the door at around 3:25 and the place already had the lights turned off and doors locked. Schedule said they were closing at 3:30. Why would you accept appointments right at closing time and leave early? Never scheduling an appointment with this location again.
I had a great experience at this location, Cecilia was fast, kind, and gentle. It was such a quick appointment and she eased my nerves about getting my blood drawn. Thank you Cecilia!!
Wait times can be iffy. While the facility is small and yes conversations can be heard by all, it is clean and well managed. I come here atleast once a year for annual lab work and I have always seen the same lady and she does a good job.
I’ve actually have had very positive experiences at this location.
