Both Trisha and Jennifer were wonderful. The lab near my home would not draw for a time sensitive blood test or refrigerate already collected samples because their computers were down, so they got me in and out at poway quickly and last minute before the time limit expired, so I wouldn’t have to repeat the test. 10/10 for both of them. Thank you!

I had a very dangerous experience at Labcorp today. The office was very unorganized. I am diabetic and had already taken my insulin before arriving. Even after explaining my condition, I was left waiting for over an hour without proper attention. My blood sugar dropped severely and I started shaking badly in the waiting room. I repeatedly told staff I was not feeling well, but I felt ignored and dismissed. After a shift change, another receptionist spoke to me rudely and denied that I had been told I was next. Unfortunately every time I go to this lab they are having software issues. They had trouble finding my insurance information for some reason. I hadcan appointment at 10 am. I checked in a little before that but for whatever reason people who came in after me were taken first. I wasn't in a hurry but I don't feel comfortable in hospital settings even though I was wearing a mask. My waitcwas onlyv20 minutes but I was puzzled why I had to wait. I’ve come here twice in the last couple of months, once as a walk in and once with an appointment. For the walk in I waited about 45min (got in about 15min after they opened), for the appointment I was called up within 5min. Happy with the professionalism and attitude of the staff both times. No hesitation coming back to this location if needed.
