I attended the Labcop, 5860, Owen’s drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588, on 09/25/25 to get a number of blood investigations done, as advised by my Dr. The receptionist at the desk told me that, since one of the investigations couldn’t be done over there, I needed to get in touch with my doctor before he could proceed any further. I asked him to go ahead with whichever tests could be done and leave the rest till I sort them out with my doctor. I came in at 3:47 on a Thursday and was told in no uncertain terms they take their last patient at 3:45 as they had to do processing. I explained to the older man that they should post that on the website as there's nothing to that effect. I also explained I've been coming there for 20 plus years and have been incredibly pleased with the support and service and this is the first time I've ever seen something like this.. I have two repeat instances where I had issues with the tests. First time, I had two test orders and one was completely missed and I had to go back again to get my blood drawn. Second time, out of the two tests done only one report was sent to the doctor and both reports are available on the Labcorp patient portal. There is no way to get hold of anyone over the phone.
