The guy working the front desk was rude and spiteful terrible service 0 out of 5 would not recommend
This place has gone to crap! Need a lot more workers. Wait time is 1-2 hrs. I waited 30mins then had to leave; texted me in 1hr 15mins. Came back, made me wait from from back of line again; texted me in another 1hr 15min but had to leave for another mtg. Ridiculous that this stupid company makes you wait from the back every time if you miss your first text. Please get a real waiting system for customer service
This labcorp needs more employees!! The front desk guy was so so rude, he was busy that’s understandable but being rude and is not acceptable. Was there today at 1.15.
All locations are appointment only and appointments available 3-4 weeks away. But when we came to the office there were no people by appointments. And staff was doing nothing. They were free and could proceed at least a few people walked in. But no - APPOITMENTS ONLY!! The rule can be good for their personnel but is the main purpose for the company to work relaxed? Just close all offices and lex your staff be relaxed :)
10/10 updated Yesterday, I received a call from the regional manager of Labcorp regarding my 10/7 10:35am complaint. I truly appreciate that she took the time to listen and ask about what happened in detail. I explained that the incident involved an older Indian male staff member who became angry simply because I asked why several walk-in patients who arrived after me were being called in first.
