My family and I have been coming to this Labcorp location for more than six years, and for most of that time our experiences have been very positive. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Labcorp location was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. On my first visit, I waited over an hour despite having a confirmed appointment due to a glitch in their system. Because my blood work was urgent, I returned the following day as a walk-in, only to be told they were suddenly not accepting walk-ins. Lab doesn't seem to have the ability to connect a standing order from my doctor to their systems.
