I checked in, waited more than 1 hour, then got a text telling me it’s my turn. When I walked in from the parking lot, my name was no longer on the list. I was told that if my name is not on the list then it means they have removed me, and there is no time to check in again on the same day. I waited an hour for nothing.
Go to a different labcorp, especially if you have a disability. Although the building is nice and fully accessible, the staff is awful and rude. I will find out who to complain to about this awful place. The service is horrible, the wait is super long, and the staff is simply awful. They don't care if a disabled person is struggling, they go out of their way to make that person wait longer and struggle even more; this location is very different from other labcorp locations. Ridiculously long wait times. Even when you have an appointment they make you wait
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Labcorp on Dec 29, 2025 around 11:30 AM. I checked in as a walk-in using the kiosk. While waiting, I found and booked a same-day appointment for 12:45 PM online. I went to the reception desk simply to ask whether I needed to remove myself from the walk-in queue to avoid confusion. I stood politely at the desk for quite some time and was repeatedly ignored.
