I checked in for a walk in appointment. I asked the person at the desk approximately how long is the wait and she said 1.5 to 2 hours. I then left and drove home. 15 minutes later I get a text that they are ready to check me in.
Receptionist/front desk person (old guy) is insanely rude and doesn’t want anyone to come to this location! Keeps yelling at everyone for no reason. Should be fired!
I wish i give them no starts, the old guy who came to draw blood work was arrogant to the core. the corporate should fire that guy
What a pathetic staff and receptionist folks.. no professional approach and attitude. Have seen this problem with only Pleasanton Labcorp not at San Ramon one
Super easy and quick experience walking in and getting my blood drawn. Everyone who helped me was nice and efficient! Painless experience:)
