Not surprising this place has low reviews. I would want to rate higher as it was not crowded and was easy to find. The front desk person who happened to be also one of the phlebotomists was quite rude and not pleasant at all. I had my special needs kid with me unfortunately wasn’t one of the days that I could drop him off because I had appointment after appointment for him and me. These people treat their patients like numbers and are super rude. The head of office the (bald guy) was very confrontational and unprofessional to me and made it difficult for me on my visits. Even though you are in the system they still ask for documentation. The two step check in is pointless when you already have an appointment. Very sketchy place and should not be trusted. And don’t even bother calling because no one answers the phone.
The people at the front have no customer service. Specifically the older lady on the right desk. She insulted and escalated the situation when we were not even dealing with her we were talking with the guy on the left. She didn't listen and was dismissive and aggressive. This is unacceptable for a "health" facility.
Worst service. The people at the front desk dont know how to speak to people and are really rude.
Very unprofessional, we waited and waited even with appointment. Staff is very unprofessional. It looks like the were forced to work there. They kept joking and laughing loudly and we kept waiting. They were so slow and waiting for so long, I decided to leave because of their unprofessional behaviour. I am also a phlebotomist and I couldn’t tolerate this place. Never going back to this lab, instead go to the one near valley hospital. They are much better and professional.
