Very unprofessional, we waited and waited even with appointment. Staff is very unprofessional. It looks like the were forced to work there. They kept joking and laughing loudly and we kept waiting. They were so slow and waiting for so long, I decided to leave because of their unprofessional behaviour. I am also a phlebotomist and I couldn’t tolerate this place. Never going back to this lab, instead go to the one near valley hospital. They are much better and professional.
Office staff were polite, the wait was minimal, and the blood draw and measurements was fast!
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful. One time I forgot my paper and they can either look it up themselves or allowed me to email it to them. Check in is super easy. The nurses are great. I haven’t had a painful poke or bruise here. I don’t enjoy doing bloodwork, but I only feel comfortable coming here. Depending on the time/day it can be busy and parking can sometimes be a little trickier. But with an appointment the wait isn’t long.
UPDATE 5/20/2026: I'm so glad that they finally closed this horrible dangerous lab and got rid off their lazy and unprofessional staff. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the worst lab that you can find in whole San Fernando Valley. Absolutely filthy, lazy and slow staff with no courtesy to their patients. Absolutely unprofessional staff. None of their hand sanitizers are working. Restroom is filthy and most of the times it is out of soap and paper towel to dry your hand. this place look and behave like a third world country doctor office.waiting room is always full and you always have to wait no matter what with or without appointment.now it is saying temporarily closed so you cannot even set up an appointment anymore.everything in healthcare is so expensive and yet they have no appointment and they treat you like crap.the problem is we have no other options.
