Since my Dr sent me there, I really love the the place. Every time I go is with no appointment. Check in is very easy and they are quick and friendly everyone. Continue with your excellent attention. Love your place thank you .
I have terrible terrible anxiety getting my blood drawn. I had an angel of a man named boorna (I don’t know the spelling!!) who made my experience so so much better. I was able to lay down and he talked kindly to me the entire time. I really felt taken care of. I am really grateful to medical practitioners who take the time to listen and hear people when they’re scared!
The front desk did not double check my insurance before checking me in. I have taken TB quanti feron test for my job several times in other location. But this time it left a lot of bruise and pain. The man who took my blood sample was ridiculous. He was asking me to open and close my fist several times even though my vein are marked clearly and my blood is accessible. The man left a lot of bruise on my hand.
All the reviews saying the customer service being horrible are true, I just left the office 6/19/2025 had the worse encounter with the front desk employee. She was rude and condescending, zero compassion and patience.
