The front desk guy unprofessional and very rude with attitude.
My notification to schedule an appointment arrived via email in the morning, and luckily I was able to book a same-day appointment. The kiosk check-in process was easy and convenient. I was in and out of the lab within 15 minutes. I received my results the day after. I assume most of the negative reviews derive from people who aren't as tech-savvy.
This location feels like a place where unmotivated employees are gathered together. The worst experience was with the female staff at the front desk, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding it if possible.
I have been doing all my labs at this facility never have I had A problem with checking in I know ahead of time to make my appointment The front desk have been courteous the staff have always been friendly and professional at times I want to speak up for them when patients are rude and don’t know just how important they are so I bite my tongue I don’t want to be kicked out and not be able to use this office
