I’ve been going here for about 18 months, every 3 months for a full lab work up. Every visit has been great. I always make an appointment and I get right at most a five minute wait. Anthony is my technician I always go to and every visit is completely pain free. I’ve always been treated kindly and with respect. Will continue to use this facility as long as I need to continue with labs.
Terrible experience. I waited over two hours. I was still unable to get my blood drawn. I finally had to leave. Incredibly poorly run. I would not advise anyone to use this location. do your best to avoid it
I have been to multiple LabCorp locations all throughout Southern California. I’ve been dropping off my specimen at different locations for years now. Unfortunately, my local location was not open on time today. So I went to this location, simply with the drop off and all my paperwork in hand with a different appointment and then the lady told me I had to wait in line for two hours just to drop off my specimen. Bad Service bad attitude never coming back to here and debating my continued service with LabCorp after this.
I have tried to no avail to schedule an appointment with LabCorp on the app and have not been able to.so I called the Customer service number and followed the prompts to schedule an appt and also to no avail
Since my Dr sent me there, I really love the the place. Every time I go is with no appointment. Check in is very easy and they are quick and friendly everyone. Continue with your excellent attention. Love your place thank you .
