I had a terrible experience at the Mission Hills location on 10/3/25. The woman at the front desk (right chair facing waiting room) who I’ve never seen before & I’ve been there several times with all positive experiences. This particular woman is LACKING professionalism, kindness & good manners. She is a BAD representation of good Customer Service. Needless to say I’ll find another location for future labs.
I’ve been going here for about 18 months, every 3 months for a full lab work up. Every visit has been great. I always make an appointment and I get right at most a five minute wait. Anthony is my technician I always go to and every visit is completely pain free. I’ve always been treated kindly and with respect. Will continue to use this facility as long as I need to continue with labs.
Terrible experience. I waited over two hours. I was still unable to get my blood drawn. I finally had to leave. Incredibly poorly run. I would not advise anyone to use this location. do your best to avoid it
I have been to multiple LabCorp locations all throughout Southern California. I’ve been dropping off my specimen at different locations for years now. Unfortunately, my local location was not open on time today. So I went to this location, simply with the drop off and all my paperwork in hand with a different appointment and then the lady told me I had to wait in line for two hours just to drop off my specimen. Bad Service bad attitude never coming back to here and debating my continued service with LabCorp after this.
