I should’ve read these reviews. I brought my mother to this location because I assumed they would speak Spanish since they’re in a Spanish speaking city. My mother goes in and I check in via the phone because my mother doesn’t know how to use a tablet. Well... she goes in and they tell her she needs to check in. This place has you check in “15 min” before you appointment and says to wait outside. I waited outside 45 min with my 2 year old just for them to say “we have a lot of people we don’t know the wait time.” Why have appointments then?? It’s ridiculous. They have had a whole year of working through Covid and still can’t come up with some organization.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a lab. I would give it zero stars if I could. Went there a few days ago. Despite having a timed appointment, they made me wait for 1+ hour. I finally gave up and left. They send fake texts saying "we are ready for you" and when you go to the counter, no one is there to take you in. The place is disorganized. There are 15 people packed into in a small waiting area. Their covid precautions are a joke. Most of the automatic check-in machines are broken. The alcohol wipes that are suppo... read more
