Repeated Concerns Regarding Patient Treatment at Front Desk Very disappointing experience at this location. Some front desk employees treat sick patients very poorly and without basic manners or compassion. Patients with appointments are still being ignored, especially by one lady with dark hair and another with lighter hair. This is not the first time it has happened. If your 1 year old has to get their blood work done… Do NOT take them to the LabCorp on Bustelton and Country line! The two women that work there are absolutely ridiculous!… I had to take Laura to get her blood work on Thursday. Fine. I book an appointment, get there on time with all of the paperwork. They bring me back right away. I was thinking awesome this is going to be a quick in and out thing. Boy was I wrong! They had me wait in the lab room for 20mins.
