Sign says open at 7am but Drug screening is at 10am. I arrived at 7:10 so I have to come back
I scheduled an appointment online with LabCorp for a drug test and purposely chose a Saturday since I work Monday through Friday. The system let me make the appointment with no problem. I showed up, waited, and when they finally called me, they told me they only do drug tests Monday through Friday. Complete waste of my time. If they don’t perform drug tests on Saturdays, they should remove that option from their online scheduling system. Very frustrating and completely avoidable.
I came to take a drug test at this center. Overall, the place was clean and the staff was polite. However, there was an unpleasant issue: I was told they accept test takers until 2:00 PM. I arrived before 2:00 PM, but due to a line at the self-check-in kiosk, my check-in went through at 2:04 PM. Despite being inside on time, I was denied the test.
