Have to give these guys a 1, but they deserve much worse. Went to do drug screening and lady at front tells me they don’t do it on weekends. Drove all the way up here for nothing. Nothing specifies from the website no drug screen on weekends. Terrible and unprofessional.
I arrived at Labcorp at 10:45 am, but an employee named Carina (if that is her real name) refused to let me enter, stating that the lab would close at 11 am. I would like to address this issue with Labcorp corporate and confirm whether her actions align with Labcorp’s policy. Could you please clarify the official policy regarding patient entry close to closing time?
Semaia was wonderful! She helped me so much after getting my bloodwork done and made sure I didn’t pass out!
If I could give them zero rating I would. Ladies were forced on closing the facility that they didn’t care about my 6 years old daughter. The tech was so focused on leaving to pick up her car from somewhere that she decided among herself and colleagues that they’ll do one test and not the other. I've been to this Labcorps location twice in the last month, and each time it has been a positive experience. This location always has more appointments available than other Labcorps locations near me. Easy to check in, staff is friendly and professional, and I am in and out quickly.
