White woman who works here is very angry and aggressive. Complaining to me today 9/12/2026 how she has to be on her feet all damn day because her coworkers sit at a desk and dont get up. Everything she did hurt, even wiping arm with alcohol pad. Super negative person. She shouldn't be working with people. She made me so nervous to the point I may have to try another location

Very unqualified and unprofessional staff. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in, they were all too busy playing on their phones. That continued after I was taken back to the room the person taken my blood, was more interested in scrolling on her phone then making sure she can hit a vein. At the end, I’m left with a huge bruise even a week later. If you have to drive 30 to 45 minutes outside the city just to avoid this location, it might be worth it.

Today I went into lab corp for a standard pre employment screening. I had the best experience. In spite of how busy the lab was, the girls were very upbeat, warm and friendly. They were also extremely helpful when my employer failed to send over the paperwork for the screening. I would come back here just to experience their top notch customer service again. Thank you ladies!

Don’t send anyone her for Drug test it’s a waste of time. This location are not interested to any drug test customers they have a shortage of stuff me person can’t do everything Spend money to make money and training is needed
