Customer service, whatever, we go here bc we have to. There is no hand sanitizer in the lobby, that bothers me the most, I don’t expect you to reach out to the people that set up this appointment, but when I see someone sneezing, and wiping their stuff all over the kiosk, I just want a pump of that hand sanitizer.
It is 8.30 a.m. in the morning. Online and on the door it says Open at 8.00 a.m. The lights are out. No one is here except the six people standing in the hallway waiting for them to open. It is a major inconsideration of someone's time to simply not show up and open when you say you are opening. If opening is reliant on one individual to open, check in, and perform the blood work too, this is also a major inconsideration of people's time and represents poor operational management.

The front desk lady with blonde grey hair is very rude!
Had to wait 30 min after my appointment time. Phlebotomist quite literally moved like a sloth and it took 30 min for her to simply weigh me, take my height, blood pressure, and 1 sample of blood. All of that should take 5 min. It took her 10 min along to punch in my name, DOB, weight, height, and blood pressure into the computer. All the while she kept retyping and fixing it and cross referencing what she wrote on a paper form.
