I called The Wednesday before Black Friday and the person that answered the phone was rude and said yes they would be open on Friday. Well today is Friday and they’re not open so maybe train your staff better to know their hours it may be teach him not to be so damn rude on the phone. We wasted our time coming in there today when it could’ve been resolved over the phone train your employees.
Staff is extremely rude, uninformed and unwilling to help patients as of car8ng for patientsis an inconvenience. It appears as if they try to find any reason not to do patient labs.
