I’ve only had positive experiences with this LabCorp location. It turns out that if you need to submit specimens, you first have to come here to pick up special plastic collection tubes. For stool samples, the ones from Amazon won’t work, they're not accepted. LabCorp provides you with the proper containers, along with clear instructions on what needs to be stored in the fridge versus the freezer. They also give you a special plastic device to make collection easier, and a paper bag so you can carry everything discreetly and... read more

The staff was polite and professional; I didn't experience the problems reported by others. I waited less than half an hour as a walk-in. I appreciated not having to pay for parking vs. a LabCorp location closer to my home that's in a hospital. My reasons for only giving 4 out of 5 stars are: 1) I couldn't make an appointment at any local LabCorp, at a reasonable time in the morning (fasting) within a 2-week window. The LabCorp appointment web site is terrible, with many issues like the map zooming into a point off-center an... read more

Very low-skilled blood collection personnel. They couldn’t do it right i at Warner st office and we had to go with a baby to Irvine office but there was even worse. They simply don’t know how to do it. It took 3 attempts for each arm to get their work done. If you don’t know the rules of blood collection and how to work with the kids don’t do it please. It was so stressful to visit both offices.

I've had only good experiences so far with the Labcorps I've visited in Irvine but I just had my blood drawn today at this location (the gal was lovely) but the draw was VEEERRY PAINFUL. I usually only feel a pinprick or barely anything at all but this time it felt like her needle went in too deep or knicked a nerve… I can barely bend my arm...I've never had this happen afterwards… I know everyone's technique as a phlebotomist varies but no one wants to experience unnecessary pain from something routine. I thought this was w... read more
