Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Average wait time for walk-in was ~3 hours.
Massively understaffed - avoid. Standing in the waiting room, I see 22 people waiting, and one person working. Update: after waiting ~90 minutes and not even being called up to do the paperwork - we left. Update: Hi LabCorp, thanks for a response full of meaningless corporate blather. I went on a Saturday morning as a walk in and I waited about an hour. They did not have any early morning appointments for fasting, those probably have to be booked a couple weeks before. The phlebotomist Dolly let me know my doctor ordered one of the tests as stat/same day results when the others were not. When I told her I did not need it as same day she went through the effort of changing it so my insurance wouldn’t charge more and my copay would be lower. I would go back to this location.
Showed up early on Sat without an appt. Yes, it was busy but I didn’t wait too long. Simeon did a great job, I barely felt a thing. Lab was clean and I felt well taken care of.
Came in with an appointment and was out within 10 minutes! I had Simeon as my phlebotomist and he was extremely nice and thorough. He went through all my info before the blood draw and gave clear instructions. For the first time in my life I had zero pain at all with the blood draw and I’ve had blood work done a lot. No pain during needle insertion and none during the draw which is a huge win for someone with a fear of needles!!
