The LONGEST wait times of any lab I’ve ever been to. When I asked for a time estimate (I had already been waiting over an hour) I was rudely told “no”. I walked out.
I underwent a very high risk pregnancy which required monthly blood draws. I have a vasovagal fainting reaction to needles/blood draws and notified them of this at my appointment. I also had seen another specialist in addition to my obgyn who had ordered labs for me. When I was called to the desk to verify my information I brought this up and the middle aged brunette woman with curly hair raised her voice to me saying the other lab was not in the system.
