This place is the absolute worst as you see by the reviews. And no one seems to care. This is the epitome of California. No one cares, no one paying attention, and self centered. There are constant delays and the front desk staff are so rude and uncaring. People already don’t want to be here having to do lab work as many people are sick and having issues so the last thing people want to deal with is attitude. We had to wait one hour for pediatric blood draw even though we booked an appointment. The front desk lady was rude and said on her computer our appt showed up as a walk in.
Organized. Easy check-in. Pleasant staff.
Long wait, horrible front counter staff, very rude and very un attentive. There is no sence of urgency and the staff is so slow after calling people back they take about 20 to 30 min to attend 4 people at a time. I don’t understand why the staff here works so slow.
Had an appointment but they put us in walk-in queue and had over an hour wait.
