There's no way to know what place you are in line after checking in on the kiosk. I had to ask at the desk after waiting 35 mins. There should be a TV showing the queue. The phlebotomist was extremely gruff/unpleasant and made me twist and sit sideways on the chair to take blood from my left arm, like 90% of the population prefers. No way an elderly person could have sat like that.
I would have put Zero stars if there was an option. Had an appointment for my 1 year old son with doctor order. I had to move my schedule for it. Check in machine was broken so it took me a while to check in after multiple tries and sat down with my 1 year old for a while before I walked in to the counter myself and they told me I had no lab order in for him in the system. terrible service and poor communication
LabCorp needs some competition. They are understaffed, unfriendly, and the wait to have your needs filled is beyond civilized..
I typically go to Labcorp in Alamo but the schedule wasn’t working so I made an appointment at this location at 7:30am. I had to wait but that’s ok as they were busy and the lady (supervisor) at the front was nice and polite. Things were terrible once I got into the room and this technician which I couldn’t get her name but was a tall black young woman had the worst and unprofessional attitude I’ve ever experienced.
