The phlebotomist deserves a: "5 Star Review", LabCorp's failure to deliver the test results on the other hand (deserves a: "-5 Star Review"), resulted in my procedure being cancelled for lacking the requisite test data. Fortunately, the surgery scheduler (not LabCorp...) worked to remedy the situation.
