Showed up 15 minutes before 730a appointment as requested. The site says you can wait in your car for a text, which was false. Luckily, I had apprehension and came in. I wasn’t actually called back until about 8:08 and was actually getting the work done at 8:16. I’ve had several tattoos in my life and every studio has been more thorough with questioning and sanitation practices clearly exercised than Quest and Labcorp. I left frustrated and feeling unclean. I wish doctor offices would just include this onsite.
Patient Register machines broken (at the time), crowded, 1 technician, and long waiting period. Not a good experience on the day I went.
Absolutely terrible experience at LabCorp on Chelten Ave on 8/25/25. I brought my 6-year-old daughter, Kae, for a blood draw and the phlebotomist did a horrible job. While the needle was already in her arm, she twisted it sideways, causing Kae to scream in pain and cry hysterically. She kept saying the pain was unbearable until the phlebotomist finally stopped.
