No respetan las citas. De nada sirve ser precavido y hacer el proceso previo si pasan a gente que llega tarde o sin cita antes que a ti. Esperé una hora y, al reclamar, la recepcionista me respondió de mal humor. Comentó puse una opción mal pero a quien se supone debo preguntar si recepción estuvo vacía por más de 20 minutos. I was treated well by the nurse who did a great job taking my blood.
Unspoken rule of this location is that they rarely open before 7:15am despite the opening time listed. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or the time of year. Be prepared to wait outside the locked building in the cold, heat, etc. This location is chronically understaffed. My appointment is now and there is no one working here. I’ve been here for 15 minutes there’s 9 people waiting and not a single person working. It’s a hellscape. There is only one person working in the entire labcorp. They need to do a better job staffing this place this is absurd.
I got my blood drawn today and the phlebotomist was wonderful. Very efficient, painless, and kind.
