The phlebotomist at the front desk was very rude . I will never use this location again.
My appointment was at 10:45 I got there at 10:30 checked in through the kiosk and noticed other ppl were being called before me so I checked in with the lady at the front desk she had a nasty tone and told me I had to check in through the kiosk which I already did. Then when I went back up at 11:33 she claims she been called me. She’s very rude and nasty I wouldn’t recommend at all.
The Elderly Black lady at the front desk on 3/3/2026 around 10 am has the nastiest attitude! She should not work in a customer service environment if she can’t answer simple questions !
No respetan las citas. De nada sirve ser precavido y hacer el proceso previo si pasan a gente que llega tarde o sin cita antes que a ti. Esperé una hora y, al reclamar, la recepcionista me respondió de mal humor. Comentó puse una opción mal pero a quien se supone debo preguntar si recepción estuvo vacía por más de 20 minutos. Si vienen aquí prepárense por ser tratados mal por ella y esperar horas
