THEY RAN THE INCORRECT LABS ON ME. My PCP sent over an order of lab tests; I was instructed to only complete three of them and leave the remainder for a retest in the next few months. I explained this to the person at the front desk at LabCorp. I went back & my blood was drawn by someone else. When I asked for the urine test, they told me they did not receive the order even though I had the order on my MyChart. Long wait times even with an appointment. The place doesn’t look or feel sanitary or clean.
The worst lab corp, i've been to not clean long wait bathroom was not clean the toilet was nasty, and there was no soap don't recommend this lap corp at all
It's dirty There was dry butt juice on the toilet.No soap, no paper towels.Luckily, I keep wallet size wipes and sanitizer Customer service needs mad improvement absolutely ridiculous The cross contamination stations, where blood is drawn.It's not cleanly, or acceptable, never assume people coming to get blood. The phlebotomist at the front desk was very rude . I will never use this location again.
