They charged my girlfriend $30 for a referral to Emory. Then they sent her two links to pay the bill that were not working, never responded to her message asking about this, kicked her out of their portal and sold her charge to a debt collector. Scam artists.
Shouldn't even be allowed to operate. Myself and others were scheduled at 1215. We all arrived at 1210pm. The door was locked. I drove 30 minutes to make sure I was on time and I paid for parking. I took my lunch break at work to make this appointment. I did everything to be on time for my scheduled appointment. Only to come to a locked door. I knocked 4 times and stood there for 10 minutes. Been here many times for employment drug screens. Always super quick and easy. It's in the hospital - 14th floor. You have to use the ground floor elevator to get there. If you park on 'F' in the parking deck, take the breezeway into the hospital, go down the escalator to the lobby and take those main elevators up.
I didn't realize this was within the hospital. Unfortunately, you'll have to park and go to the 14th floor. Expect to wait and the check-in machines don't work consistently.
Made an appointment for 3:45 about 30 min before it was to start. Arrived at the hospital and on the elevator at 3:46. The door was locked and no one came as I constantly knocked. I tried calling to no answer. Around 3:52, a man appeared because of the knocking. Instead of helping, he continued explaining that he locked the door at 3:45 cause no one was there knowing a patient was booked.
