Customer service does not exist in this place, worst place to get lab done.
Please check the reviews before you go in, as they can be quite rude and disrespectful. Talking about people and giggling right in front of them while they're sitting in the lobby is very unprofessional.
Had a 1pm appointment for employee wellness exam. Digital check-in, done by 1:15pm.
Don't go. I just had an emotional experience with my Dr I Dr results and I have never been to this location before so I don't know how it works it had the sign check in here. I am not used to checking in if I don't have an appointment. The woman with the scraggly dreads hanging out of a cap had not only an attitude but also called me stupid to her other colleague who had on a white smoke and will not give me her name.
