Not good
Do not come here if you need same day results. Blood draw went fine, but my wife's doctor requested the results stat by 2 PM. We made sure both the receptionist and phlebotomists knew and they said it was okay. It was clearly marked also on the script for the blood test. By 3 PM, no result. I called the number for the clinic and got an answering machine. Found their national number online and called them. I went in for bloodwork. A month later they start sending me multiple bills and emails, saying that I owe them $4.30. The fact that they can't figure out how much I actually owe at the time of check-in / check-out is a huge red flag and a sign of incompetence.
Consistently pretty fast, polite staff. I've been here many times over the last few years and always found it to be better than most labcorps or quests in terms of wait time and staffing.
