I've been to this location twice and had poor experiences both times. The employees seemed almost annoyed that you were there and rude in general, making the experience very unpleasant.
One of the phlebotomists was really bad at drawing blood. After several failed attempts that left me with significant bruising, she had to call in a senior phlebotomist to finish the draw. The senior phlebotomist was kind, skilled, and communicative, and the difference in skill was obvious.

Just tried to schedule lab work on the phone after struggling with their online portal. I came prepared with the name and CPT code for my test. The person on the phone was incapable of getting the name or number correct. I repeatedly and clearly enunciated the five numbers in the CPT code and the person on the line would confidently repeat back the wrong stream of six numbers. This happened about four times. Stunning.
Customer service does not exist in this place, worst place to get lab done.
