This location is hit-or-miss with the staff's professionalism and customer service, but as my 2 star rating indicates, this Labcorp location mostly misses and provides zero customer service.
The wait is ridiculously long. I assume appointments are a must in order for your time and business to be respected. Plenty of patience is needed. God bless!
I have been incorrectly invoiced for services that I declined. I did not sign off on these services, in fact I refused signature and consent. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with lab corp and have been unable to resolve this issue.
I understand labcorp is not loved for good reasons, but I did have an excellent experience at this location.
