So you need to pee now? In front of everyone? How unprofessional is that.. N made an appt only to get to the site and the place is packed. I don't have time to sit here n wait. That's the whole point of making am appt. This place needs to get their act together..
I gave it a star just because it has chairs........Terrible customer service, unfortunately staff has no courtesy towards patients and no patience either. You would think they're understaffed but they're just gossiping about last night's "telenovela". Please employe people who actually want to work.
