I've been going to this LabCorp location for awhile. They are usually busy when I get there but very efficient and everyone is so friendly! Fadya is wonderful and always smiling!
Website claims that they close at four so I rushed over here and make it about 325 so I’m not keeping them late. Apparently website is wrong and they closed at three.
This used to be a wonderful Labcorp office prior to everything changing to total automation and the firing of humans. You cant even make appointments by phone nor get anyone on the phone, ever. There's no option. Also they have continued to constantly change the techs and various people that work the desk. Ive wondered if they are using the Leesburg Va site as a training site because changes are obvious and constant. Friendly staff, smooth process, ask for Fadya, she was very knowledgeable, it took her few minutes to get the job done, she was so kind with our special needs kid, he was calm and quite for the first time in a lab because of her experience. Big thank to LabCorp and special thank to Fadya.
NOT even 1 – Stop Using Labcorp! Worse Than the DMV Labcorp’s posted appointment times are a total joke—completely wrong and unreliable. closing employment checks at 2 PM? What a load of BS. This is what happens when monopolies get really fat and stop caring about customers. Their front desk staff is actually nice and doing their best, but that doesn’t fix the chaos. Employees and patients alike need to STOP using Labcorp until they get their act together. Don’t waste your time like I did—this place runs on pure BS
