The Leesburg team has the best customer service. They are always pleasant and accommodating because I always bring my ACTIVE toddlers in with me! They are also patient with my "shy" veins, especially Vivian Thanks for all you do y'all 🫂
“Opens at 7:00” but the workers don’t show up until 7:45.
Very rude and nasty. If you don’t like working here then please leave rather than making patients feel dumb. The lady Megan was very rude even though I was being really nice. She ignored me several times while I was asking questions and gave me a look as if I’m really dumb. I’ve worked at a medical environment before and i understand it can get a little rough sometimes but no need to be rude and nasty towards the patients.
