I’m not one to write negative reviews but hoping I can help someone avoid what we experienced. I’ve come here a few times now and have received results no sooner than 3 weeks (labs that take other places 24-48hours). Aside from that being an issue, I had TWO separate pediatric lab issues and will never be returning, nor should you if you’re looking for pediatric draws. I was nervous coming to this spot after seeing all the 1 star reviews but it was just fine. Easy parking, smooth check-in, and they took me back within 10 minutes of my appointment time.
I regularly get bloodwork done at the LabCorp Ashburn location, whose team perform consistently with courtesy, respect and competence. Unfortunately, since the Ashburn location is closed on the weekends, I had to go today to the Leesburg location where I had a humiliating experience. My experience started by waiting over 30 minutes despite arriving on time for my appointment. Great experience during our walk-in visit for the blood draw at Leesburg Labcorp. Checked in using the kiosk and the lines seemed to be moving fairly quick.
I just had my blood drawn this morning by Fadya. She was amazingly skilled and I didn’t feel a thing. I get a little nervous about needle sticks and she put me right at ease by talking to me. She even asked if I needed to lie down, as I had been fasting. I didn’t, but I greatly appreciated her care and concern.
