Came in for a bloodwork and Michelle drew my blood. Absolutely no pain and she was also very nice and polite!
I am waiting for my appointment that was set for 9 at this office. I arrived at 8:45 to check in . Called up to front desk at 9 to confirm information. It is currently 9:35 and still waiting!!! Literally 10 others came in after me and have come and gone. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I was finally taken back then the tech said my BP needed to be taken as part of the test. Really?!?
