Deserves zero stars if i could, almost at 2 hours to do a standard drug test, i will ask employer to use anyone but this location next time
I have been to Labcorp in Muncie several times before and my wait time has been very minimal. Draws have been decent to excellent. This time I arrived 5 min prior to my appointment time and the waiting room was completely full. Had to stand in the hallway. 2 people came in behind me and turned around and left. Currently, I have been waiting 40 min and in that timeframe, not a single person has been called back nor have I seen a single staff person. Have waited almost 2 hours for one drug test. Would give zero stars if I could. FIX YOUR STAFF!
