After waiting over an hour to be seen, I was informed they did not have my orders. I had previously verified that my orders were indeed on file PRIOR to coming in for my appointment. The tech was so unorganized and rushed that it didn’t seem like she had any idea of what was actually going on or where anything was, nor did she seem to actually care. People are rude and do not want to help. They do not understand that some people want to deal with real people instead of interfacing with a computer when checking in. If i could give them zero or even negative stars, I would.
Deserves zero stars if i could, almost at 2 hours to do a standard drug test, i will ask employer to use anyone but this location next time
