Have not received results for over a week. No one answers calls for the past few days. It is mind-boggling this is a healthcare service. After several tries and reaching out to the main Labcorp contact on their website, come to find out they never sent out the sample they took until I got ahold of them and was notified they would expedite it. They were so causal with it and not even apologizing. If I wasn’t persistently reaching out, my collection would have been lost in the their mess.

By appointment only. Do not come here unless you make an appointment online. They said they only make appointments online.
I have never been to a lab corp location with such bad service. The people there are rude and seem like not wanting to do anything. Firstly, my bad that I made the appointment with this location. I thought that’s the one in John Muir. I came early as the other location doesn’t need an appointment- just write the name down on the check in paper.
