Today is 8/6 8:15 am whoever the lady is working at the front is so rude. She was clearly taking her time while people were in the waiting room. I didn’t even bother to acknowledge them. I sat there for 30 minutes watching her, take her sweet time and then she couldn’t even help me after all and was so rude about it terrible customer service and bedside manner. No wonder quest is the top dog right now because I wouldn’t come here if I wasn’t forced to.
Great place didn’t wait long and no bruising for me.
My phlebotomist was awesome. She was friendly, got me in and out in no time, and I barely felt the prick. Thanks!
I made an appointment for 7am and was done with my blood draw before 7:10am. Quick and easy.
Business opens at 7 am Mon-Fri. I’m here at 8:50 am on a Friday having missed work to be here and they’re not open. Seeing other reviews having similar issues.
