The phlebotomist never turned up. People with appointment standing around outside locked out, casual people arriving standing around locked out, overall something of a disaster.

9/19/25. It’s 730am and nobody is here. They open at 7am. Out of the 10 people standing in line in the parking lot still, 4 of them are senior citizens. A employee from a nearby business came out and said “this happens all the time”. This is Bull shit. To the “owner” that has replied to other reviews, DO BETTER. This is a complete reflection on you, your staff, and your company. I won’t come here again cause I refuse to let some so called employee that can’t show up on time to stick a needle in my arm.

Terrible service. I will never go back. After 6 days still no results. Called office-just get voicemail and no call back. Called 800 number and was told it’s 5 working days not including weekends for results. Representative was very rude.

If I could give a 0, I would. I called 4 offices. No one ever answered. I left 5 messages with those offices and no call back. The hours vary, i.e., not open til 11, close at 12. It helps if you answer your phone or have normal business hours. I'll never think about going to one of these offices.
