Terrible service. I will never go back. After 6 days still no results. Called office-just get voicemail and no call back. Called 800 number and was told it’s 5 working days not including weekends for results. Representative was very rude.
If I could give a 0, I would. I called 4 offices. No one ever answered. I left 5 messages with those offices and no call back. The hours vary, i.e., not open til 11, close at 12. It helps if you answer your phone or have normal business hours. I'll never think about going to one of these offices.
Arrived at 3:25 pm on Friday, April 25 for bloodwork. The lady turned me and another gentleman away because it was 5 min before stated closing time. She let us know she closes at a time of her discretion and posted hours are not to be taken literally. What a joke.
