This was one of if not the worst customer service ive ever had. Lady at the front desk off the rip was a complete mess. Ive never been to a lab corp so i didnt know you had to check in through the scanning device that scans your ID. When i first tried checking in which was with her she yelled at me saying you have to check in through there and when i asked where she yelled “right there”. I work in Healthcare and I'm trying to get tests done for a job. I went to two separate locations on my day off to get a urine drug test and was denied both times. The methuen was stops urine test at 230pm and told me to go to Windham, NH office. I got to Windham, NH office and they stop urine tests at 3pm. So I wasn't able to do the test at either one. I’m absolutely disgusted by the treatment we received at the Methuen lab location. We went there on Wednesday to get a TSH test for our newborn baby, and the staff couldn’t have been more rude and dismissive. We were polite the entire time, but were told to leave because they wanted to go on lunch break — seriously? This is how you treat parents with a week-old infant? Then they had the nerve to tell us to come back the next day because they “couldn’t find the test,” which I don’t buy for a second. It was obvious they just d... read more
I came here for a fasting blood draw. The sign says Quest Diagnostics, not Lapcotp. Another sign on the door says they're open until 5pm. But they were closed, door was locked at 8:50am.
