Labcorp is the absolute worst lab to work with. I have always had issues with them getting anything back in a timely fashion. I was told I would receive my COVID test results back in 3-5days and I am now at day 7 still waiting. I am 9months pregnant and need these results back. My sister in law was tested at the same location as me the day after me and she recieved her results back. Anyone you talk to on the phone is useless and cannot give any information. They could work to get Covid-19 lab results back in a timely fashion. People are waiting for the results in order to go back to work. Out of work since 7/1 and I swear if it comes back negative I'm going to hit the roof.
I needed to drop off a specimen on the day before the 4th of July. Not one location open, no information on what to do with the specimen or any way to contact someone, no response to phone calls or emails to customer service. Thank goodness my local hospital accepted the sample to get it to LabCorp for testing so I didn’t have to throw these out and start all over delaying treatment. Totally frustrating and unacceptable. I understand having holidays of. But there has to be some way to handle situations like this.
Had a horrible experience at Labcorp located at 2209 North Blvd W Suite B Davenport-FL 33837 I got there on time and was using the convenient checkin process and waiting on my car to be called trough a text message. My app time was 2:15pm 2:25pm I was worried and went inside to check because I’ve never got a text message. The attendant was super rude and told me they were done for today. Terrible customer service! The staff can’t get off their butts to call the next patient back. They just sit and yell the name. Bathroom is disgusting too! Like using one at a dirty gas station.
RecommendedI had no problems. The check in process is very easy and user friendly. My wait time was good also. The young lady who drew my blood for my testing, was excellent. I hate needles and was scared, but a quick pinch and a blink of the eye it was all over with, hardly any discomfort at all
Have to sign in on a kiosk. Kiosk may or may not even put your name in. Most of the buttons broken on the one I used. 3 people who signed in after me went before me and they used the same kiosk as I did. Will not go back! Rude girls at the desk when I asked why I was still waiting.
Good staff and very nice. Place is always clean that’s a must....
The staff is rude, they are in NO hurry to help anyone. They brought me back to update my information and had the wrong patient information on the computer screen. Had they bothered to look at the sign in sheet to see my full name she made have had the correct person when she verified my birthdate. If her attitude had been in check she may have been able to verify the correct information.
