This particular facility makes the DMV look efficient. I waiting an hour in a crowded waiting room with Christian propaganda playing on the TV (700 club), was lied to by the staff in terms of how many people were a head of me, and finally left without the needed blood work. I personally think the staff was trained in Albania since they exhibit the work ethic and customer service skills of a Eastern European health care system. Never will go back.
