Went in for lab work the lady in the front was unprofessional and had zero compassionate once i told her she went in with the needle so harsh she completely ignored me, she seen i wanted to argue so she played it off trying to act nice at the end i didn’t say nothing to not argue. So unprofessional to have someone working like this be nice or at least try to act you dont know what the other person is going trough
The lady in the front desk has no customer service, professionalism, nor compassionate ! This was my first and last time coming to this location and will definitely be the last! I have always been to the one in Romie lane and have never had an issue there. Staff is awesome & work in a timely manner.

The front desk lady was rude not just this second time but she was also a rude the first time. She also commented on how I couldn’t take phone calls but no where in the building does it state no phone calls she should practice her professionalism a bit more. The first YOUNG lady who did my blood work was very sweet but the older lady isn’t so nice
