Worst laboratory experience of my life. I dropped off my samples and waited the appropriate amount of time for the results. When I called to inquire about the status, I was informed that this location has a five-day delay before they even begin processing tests. No one had advised me of this beforehand, so my doctor’s office and I were quite surprised. We needed these results for an outpatient procedure. 5 stars based on the woman in the laboratory; 1 star based on the woman at the front desk. When a patient walks out of your office saying “thank you” or “goodbye”, you don’t ignore them. It’s impolite.

Each week the facility I work for brings several clients in to have their blood drawn. The clients I bring in are not always an easy stick. This place has it nailed, their expertise in blood draw is excellent. They always do the best job, we have zero complaints! Furthermore, Donna the front office guru knows this place inside and out and is always so helpful when I bring in our Clients. She makes the entire process so easy and smooth. 100% hands down the best lab ever!

I honestly think this staff deserves a raise and 5 stars. I’ve been coming here for years and the amazing team they have right now I’m feeling so thankful for!!!!! The sweetest kindest receptionist ever
