I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Labcorp West Hills location while completing a mandatory pre-employment drug screening. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for several minutes. When a staff member finally appeared, I was simply directed to use the kiosk, despite having questions that required assistance. This place allows people to walk in for drug screening and puts patients who are here for blood work on hold. This is crazy, people are fasting! I’ve been here for 2 hours.
My wait time was less than 5 minutes. The young woman doing the blood draw was also acting as the receptionist— as in there was no dedicated support staff. Her and her male coworker seemed utterly exhausted, and their manners weren’t impressive as a result. (Heavy sarcasm, combative tone, passive aggressive comments, seemed to resent each person that came into the facility). The blood draw was easy, fast, no issues. Really nice staff & didn't have to wait long. Even though there were lots of people my appointment as well as my husband was priority.
They take about 20-30 minutes to draw blood and the Latina woman who works therein the morning is always late so expect to spend your day there.
