Was here for some lab work and David was so rude for no reason yelling at me and rolling his eyes , first time trying this place and will NEVER be back horrible experience when I was nothing but nice to them…
I recently visited LabCorp for a pre-employment test, and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a lab. David was incredibly patient and welcoming, which made the whole process so much easier. I’ve never had a truly positive experience at any lab before, but David’s professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Also a very calm and clean environment
This location should update their information. They no longer take walk-ins like before. I was very disappointed and so were others. If you walk in without an appointment you're ignored even though you did a check-in. I found a way better location and l was seen within 15 minutes.
I had an 8:00 AM appointment and arrived a little early. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was called up right away. The staff member was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and even chatted with me about coffee. The blood draw was smooth and painless, and she was the only one who ever told me to remove the gauze and stretchy wrap after 10 minutes. The whole visit was done in about 15 minutes—professional, efficient, and kind service!
Came from another Labcorp location, was a walk in, other location gave me outdated hours information. They still saw me and got serviced.
