Do not go in here. You will wait 45 mins to be called in if you are not a priority or more likely you don’t speak the same language as them. No greetings, they don't smile, blatant atmosphere, the Mexican lady at front raised her voice to one of the patient, telling him his insurance is for Quest. This place is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Sucks!
Laziness is around every corner. People just want to talk about their purchases and weekends and car accidents. Actual work time is less than half the time they actually get paid for.
Do not come here unless you want to deal with extremely unprofessional staff and treated with no respect. Worse experience I’ve had at a lab. Will not be back.
I had to stop at 2 other labcorps prior to this one because one location said they weren't accepting walk ins that day and the other didn't do employee drug testing. So this place was a blessing 🙌 staff was very nice and helpful. Process went smoothly! I waited about an hour and a half for reference as a walk in but good experience overall.
Four stars, one knocked off because the self-check in kiosk was broken. It "works" but there were issues with it working correctly which caused confusion and frustration since there was not a dedicated front office staff member to check in patients or answer questions. Patients moved fast although they were a bit busy. I was promptly assisted by David O. He was very compassionate, friendly, easy to talk to, helpful, and efficient. Easy in and out!
